To Apply:

Read the the following guidelines for 1)Use of Battle Ground Public School Facilities, 2) Clark County Food Safety for Temporary Events, and the Glenwood Cubbies PTO Guidelines below as our event and its vendors must comply with all.

Complete the application form below and indicate payment type

When: SUNDAY, December 8, 2024 10am-4pm / Set-up: 8am-10am
Location: Laurin Middle School School Gym and Cafeteria (RUN BY: GLENWOOD CUBBIES PTO)
​
Fees: $45 per 9ft x 6ft Space (1 table); $55 per 9ft x 6 ft space with power (1 table)
(limited spaces with power available)

Payments:

Payments may be made online via the invoice we email you from GLENWOODCUBBIESPTO@GMAIL.COM or dropped off at Glenwood Heights Primary. Please do not drop off payment until we have approved your application. You will not receive any other request for payment or emails from us from any other email address besides GLENWOODCUBBIESPTO@GMAIL.COM

Application and payment are due by MONDAY, November 4TH, 2024. Space is limited and on a first come first serve basis.

Details and Guidelines:

Booth Size: Approximately 9ft x 6ft; 1 chair will be provided. Vendor is responsible for bringing their own tables, signage, and displays
-
Setup Up Times: Sunday, Dec. 8th 8-10am
-
Electricity: A limited number of outlets will be available for use. Please specify what your electrical needs are for in the application below.

Vendors must abide by the following rules:
-
Vendors must be on site no later than 8:00 am on Sunday, Dec. 8th, 2024 and ready for business by 9:45am.

It is the sole responsibility of each Vendor to keep his/her booth and its surrounding area clean and safe (no tripping hazards).

Vendor will be solely responsible for the security and safety of Vendor’s cash, change, coupons, equipment, goods, inventory, supplies, or other property.

Due to health department regulations, sales of food prepared in a home kitchen is prohibited. See Clark County Food Safety for Temporary Events

No refunds of any kind will be made within TEN (10) days of the event

No animals allowed
-
Children must be supervised at all times by an adult
